All newly refurbished for 2011/12 we have a maximum of 3 double rooms which are immaculately decorated, beautifully furnished and we hope we have thought of everything to make your stay here very special.

Each room has a bay window where seating and binoculars are provided for you to enjoy the wonderful views. Comfortable double beds with duck feather & down duvets and pillows covered in luxurious Egyptian cotton bedding and quilted bedcovers ensure a good nights sleep (synthetic alternatives or sheets and blankets are also available, please request at time of booking), plus plenty of hanging and drawer space.

We also provide a well stocked complimentary refreshment tray, high powered hairdryer, clock radio, flat screen TV with FREEVIEW and DVD player plus an extensive information folder to help enrich your stay.

Two of our rooms have spacious ensuite shower rooms, the other a large private shower room for exclusive use. All are decorated in a light and airy contemporary style with quirky touches throughout, a luxurious range of complimentary toiletries, huge white fluffy towels and electric shaver points.

We pay great attention to detail and displays of fresh flowers and artwork are in all rooms throughout the house. You will find many little extra treats to enjoy, which puts us a cut above the rest, and helped gain us our Gold Award.

Additionally all rooms are centrally heated and double glazed. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in all guest areas. We are also happy to provide ironing facilities, no ironing on carpet or furniture please!

We aim to cater for guests whilst on holiday, however we have some business facilities available such as Wi-Fi, fax, printer, etc. please discuss any requirements at the time of booking.

PLEASE NOTE:

Room 1 is on the ground floor and Room 2 is on the first floor and are both ensuite.

All guest rooms throughout the house have beautiful views ranging from the Lighthouse Quay, the outer harbour across Mevagissey and St Austell Bays, Chapel Point, miles and miles of glorious unbroken coastline, and as far as Rame Head at Plymouth!

Room 3 has a private shower room for your sole use and is on the first floor, this room is the most popular and early booking is advised. When we bought Wild Air the Estate Agent considered this bedroom to have the best view in Mevagissey and he's not wrong! You can lie in bed and watch the sunrise without lifting your head. It boasts a view from beyond Chapel Point and again as far as Rame Head, Plymouth, both the inner and outer harbours and also the village.

It is totally unjustifiable to ruin this beautiful room by taking part of it away for an en-suite hence the separate shower room just a few steps away.

Lounge

The lounge is beautifully appointed with a stunning view across Mevagissey Bay, far superior than watching TV! A wonderfully peaceful room with comfortable leather sofas, oak and glass tables and a flat screen television with FREEVIEW and DVD player with books and magazines available. Guests are welcome to use this room anytime, whether you want to relax and read, watch your favourite programme or bring in a bottle of wine and meet up for a chat.

Patio and Front Garden

Guests are free to use both of these at all times. The views are breathtaking and there is always something going on to watch, at times very entertaining! The patio is very popular for unwinding with a bottle of wine, or on a fine evening for eating your fish and chips.

Additional Information

We are un-licensed but encourage you to bring along your favourite tipple to enjoy whilst here.

Wine/beer chilling facilities are provided along with wine glasses, corkscrews, ice and even lemon!

We respectfully ask that guests do not consume any take-away food in the bedrooms. We are happy to supply plates & cutlery, you are very welcome to eat outside on the patio or use the dining room if you so wish.

We have secure storage for bikes. A hose is available for washing muddy bikes and walking boots.
