Breakfast
We like to do things differently at Wild Air and breakfast time is no exception! After a wonderful night sleep and you have woken to that magnificent view your mind will then no doubt turn to food before you set off for the day. And breakfast is a real social event here, guests share the large oak table in the dining room looking out onto the wildlife garden with its abundance of bird residents waiting for their place on the feeders or fighting for stray seeds amongst the flower beds.
We do not give a list of ‘cooked breakfast items’ on our website as we are sure everyone knows what a ‘full English’ consists of, and we don’t want our competitors copying our ideas! But we offer a feast of local ingredients so whether you want a full Cornish, vegetarian (all special diets can be catered for, prior notice is appreciated), or continental breakfast, a bowl of creamy AGA made porridge, locally smoked fish, a selection of lighter options or toast and home-made preserves, the choice is yours (just about anything is possible here!). But we promise the personal hospitality, intimate atmosphere, excellent food and lively conversation will be first class.
All food is freshly cooked on the AGA not in the microwave!
We use locally sourced, home grown or home-made produce where possible.
NEW for 2010 - we are delighted to have received a VisitEngland breakfast award. The award recognises B&B’s that offer their guests a quality and choice of breakfast, service and hospitality that exceeds what would be expected at their star rating.
