Booking your accommodation

Wild Air is open all year except Christmas. Early booking is advised especially in high season to avoid disappointment. If it is a special occasion break you require we can organise champagne, flowers, chocolates, etc. please discuss your requirements at the time of booking.

Our prices for 2011/12 are £80.00 per room per night based on 2 sharing a double room. We do not have single, twin or family rooms. However, singles can be accommodated; rates available on request. If you'd like to book a room with more personal and immediate help please call Clare on 01726 843302. Our prices are extremely competitive given the quality, facilities and position of the accommodation; this should be noted when comparing prices with our competitors. We have a high rating, offering 4 Star Gold Award Winning accommodation so we are unable to offer a ‘cheap and cheerful’ alternative, but please check our special offers page for any deals we might have at certain times of the year.

She replies to ALL online booking enquiries, but emails are not always 100% reliable, some people seem to be having problems with emails going astray, possibly because of the different Spam and Virus filters around. If you do not get a reply from us within 48 hours PLEASE ring 01726 843302. We are not ignoring you!

Booking Terms

A non-refundable deposit of £50 per room by telephone will secure your booking. This booking term is governed by English Law and is a contract between ourselves and comes into effect when we accept a reservation from you either verbally or by email. You will be sent a confirmation email once the deposit has been received. The balance is due on arrival and can be made by cash, most debit/credit cards, travellers or personal cheque payable to Mrs C. Avent. Please note that balances by cheque are requested 14 days prior to arrival. Any payments by CREDIT cards will incur a 2% fee.

Cancellations and Insurance

Notice of a cancellation must made 48 hours in advance of your arrival date and must be lodged directly with the owners by telephone ONLY (01726 843302) .In the event of accommodation which has been booked being cancelled, we wish to draw your attention to the fact that we have a right in law to claim to be reimbursed for any loss resulting from a cancellation or no show. We will do our best to re-let the room, but if this is not possible then 75% of the total booking cost will apply. So we highly recommend taking out adequate holiday insurance when booking your holiday with us to cover unforeseen circumstances. Any non arrivals will be charged the full rate of the booking.

Arrival

Rooms are available from 4pm on the day of arrival. We do not have a receptionist so we will be here to greet you personally from 4pm - 6.30pm. If you expect to arrive after 6.30pm please advise us as soon as possible. We are the only Gold Awarded 4 Star Bed & Breakfast in Mevagissey with these amazing sea views AND complimentary parking and having driven through the narrow streets you will be glad to be able to park your car right outside! Once you find us just un-hook one of the chains in the car bay, then park and relax!

Special note: We are unable to accept children or any pets. The new Government legislation makes smoking illegal in the house, however smoking on the patio or balcony is permitted and is for shared use.
