Access Statement for Wild Air, Mevagissey
After many years of operating a Bed and Breakfast we decided to apply to be quality graded in 2008 by Visit Britain. This was carried out in April 2008, and we were delighted to have gained 4 Stars with a Silver Award. Our next inspection took place in 2010 and we have now attained 4 Stars with Gold Award plus a Breakfast Award. As part of the grading process we must produce an Access Statement - which is a written, clear and accurate, and above all honest description of our current facilities and the services we offer, to enable a potential visitor to make an informed decision as to whether our business meets their particular access needs.
Introduction
Built in 1926 Wild Air is one of the finest properties in the area. We have totally renovated the house which is now immaculately presented with great attention to detail and comfort throughout. We are committed to offering a warm, friendly welcome and first class service to all guests staying in our home. Wild Air has 3 guest bedrooms all of which are double rooms. To comply with Government Legislation it is totally non smoking throughout, but guests are permitted to smoke on the patio or balcony which is for shared use.
