Cornwall
of course needs no introduction! Whether you come for its
beautiful coastline and beaches, rugged cliffs, bustling
fishing harbours, wonderful gardens, picturesque villages
or walking the coastal path and moors there really is something
for everyone.
Come
and marvel at our flowers in Spring, beaches in Summer,
dramatic seas in Autumn and exhilarating cliff walks in
Winter. Our central location in Cornwall makes it a good
choice for touring the whole county with excellent roads
giving you easy access to all areas.
So,
a few details about where we are - The picturesque 14th
century village of Mevagissey is situated on the
South coast of Cornwall and is the largest working fishing
village in St. Austell Bay. Both the inner and outer harbours
are a busy mix of pleasure craft and active working fishing
boats where you can see the commercial fisherman landing
their catch daily. Fishing and pleasure trips are available
from the quayside and during the summer months the ferry
runs daily to Fowey. The old centre has very narrow streets
with an excellent selection of pubs, restaurants catering
for every taste and dozens of shops for some retail therapy,
as well as a museum, aquarium and model railway.
A
trip to the Lost Gardens of Heligan is only a few minutes
drive away, the famous Eden Project 20 minutes and the National
Maritime Museum of Falmouth is approximately 20 miles away.
We are also situated right on the coastal path so it is
a haven for walkers.
We
invite you to come and stay in our beautiful home and promise
you won't be disappointed. We guarantee everything a luxury
B&B should be ......... and more. Overlooking miles
of magnificent coastline the setting is truly enviable and
with Cornwall's wonderful feelgood factor a stay here will
give you the break you surely deserve.
If
it a birthday, anniversary or romantic break you want we
can help make it even more special, just ask for details.
